WHO WE ARE

We are a multidisciplinary collective of adventure architects in the equine space that represent innovative models of experiences through the connection between people and horses.

Organized as a Montana nonprofit corporation and working toward federal 501(c)(3) designation, Equine Adventure Architects has established a collaborative network of professionals.

Together, we expand access to evidence-informed equine-facilitated services that complement traditional service models and meet the needs of individuals and communities with needs unmet through conventional funding models.

Equine Adventure Architects offers programming for children, adults, families, organizations, active-duty military personnel, veterans, first responders, at-risk youth, individuals with adaptive and sensory needs, families of children with disabilities, and those navigating trauma, PTSD, substance use recovery, grief, suicide loss, or terminal illness.

Experiential Learning – Immersive equine-facilitated activities and nature-based experiences that leverage adventure to foster relationships, resilience, and community.
Clinical Services – Equine-assisted services/psychotherapy (EAS/EAP), EMDR, marriage, family, and individual behavioral health services.
Adaptive Services – Hippotherapy, adaptive horsemanship, sensory integration, and services supporting individuals with physical, developmental, or cognitive challenges.
Veterans & Military Services – Programs supporting active-duty military personnel, veterans, first responders, and their families.
Youth & Family Programs – Prevention, resilience, family strengthening, and youth development.
Education & Professional Training – Continuing education, internships, clinical supervision, certification support, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Research & Outcomes – Program evaluation, outcomes measurement, and research to advance evidence-informed equine-facilitated practices.
